9.1. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of any or all of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver by us of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
