Fees

5.1 You agree to pay any fees and charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through your use of any of the Services, at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to, fees for transactions, processing, and storage. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you. You shall be solely responsible for all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your failure to pay any fees or charges.
